At A B Enterprise and Services, we value your trust and are committed to providing exceptional service and quality. Please review our refund and payment policy carefully before booking appointments or making purchases.

Appointment Deposits & Payments – Bella Hair Concepts

    •    A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure all hair appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

    •    Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. Appointments without deposits may be canceled without notice.

    •    We accept payments via credit/debit card, cash, and Zelle.

 Note: A $15 detangling fee will be applied to hair that is not properly detangled, particularly after braid or protective style takedowns. Please arrive with detangled hair unless a takedown service is scheduled.

Service Refund Policy – Bella Hair Concepts

Due to the nature of haircare services, no refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address your concerns through corrections or adjustments at the stylist’s discretion.

Product Refund Policy – Bella Glow Skincare

We stand behind the quality of our skincare products. However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once products have been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at abenterpriseandservicesllc@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting their deposit.

    •    Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a new deposit requirement for future bookings.
