Adrian Bell is a Master Cosmetologist, Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, and the visionary founder of A B Enterprise and Services. A graduate of West Georgia Technical College and a former Salon Manager at Ulta Beauty, Adrian combines his industry expertise with a deep passion for empowerment, education, and beauty that honors every individual.
